Confidential HOA Obtained a settlement of $8,080,000.00
Heritage Village HOA Obtained a post jury verdict settlement totaling $6,553,500 for 63 townhomes with extensive property damage from construction defects.  Successfully upheld a jury award on appeal, Heritage Village Owners Ass’n Inc. v. Golden Heritage Investors Ltd. 89 P.3d 513 (Colo. App. 2004).
Confidential HOA Obtained post-jury trial settlements for a homeowner association and 172 single family homeowners  totaling in excess of $9,583,500 for various construction defects including expansive soils issues.
Rock Springs Vista 7 HOA Obtained a $5,550,000 construction defect settlement for 244 condominium units.
Confidential HOA Obtained a $4,650,000 construction defect settlement for 139 townhome units.
Del Camino Villas HOA Obtained a $3,859,105 construction defect settlement for 116 condominium units.
Confidential HOA Obtained a $3,850,000 construction defect settlement for 440 condominium units.  
Maison de Fleur HOA Obtained a $3,450,000 construction defect settlement for 105 condominium units.
Indian Wells HOA Obtained a $3,360,761 construction defect settlement for 144 condominium units.
Pearl of the City HOAs Obtained a $2,648,432 arbitration award for construction defects.  Defended federal court lawsuit by insurance company seeking declaration of no coverage, Insurance Co. of the State of Pennsylvania v. Triton Dev., LLC, 2005 WL 2359125 (D. Colo. 2005).  Subsequently negotiated a confidential settlement.
Terrace at Columbine II HOA Obtained a $2,626,654 construction defect settlement for 90 condominium units.
Confidential HOA Obtained a settlement of $2,475,991.59.
Confidential HOA Obtained a settlement of $2,400,000 for 120 condominium units.  This settlement was achieved without filing a lawsuit.
Confidential HOA Obtained a $2,307,000 construction defect settlement.
Cucamonga Mountain Shadows HOA Obtained a $2,300,000 construction defect settlement.
Confidential HOA Obtained a $1,916,000 construction defect settlement for 28 condominium units.
Trappers Pond Obtained a jury verdict and settlements totaling $1,948,319 for 17 families with various construction defects plus common area drainage issues.
Confidential HOA Obtained a settlement of $1,915,993.50 for a mixed-use residential and commercial condominium building with 30 units.
Sixth Avenue HOA Obtained a construction defect settlement that included complete repairs, plus a recovery of $1,900,000 for reimbursement of costs and fees.

Marler v. Celebrate Homes Obtained a construction defect settlement in which the builder agreed to swap a new home for the homeowners existing home, plus pay all costs and fees.
Mackenzie v. Celebrate Homes Obtained a construction defect settlement in which the builder agreed to re-purchase the homeowner's home, and pay all costs and fees.
Arroyo Rojo HOA Obtained a construction defect settlement in which the builder agreed to make repairs plus pay the association's costs and fees.
Confidential Homeowner Obtained a construction defect settlement in which an individual homeowner received repairs, plus fees, costs and money damages.
