Attorney Jeff Kerrane participates in Colorado Bar Association’s Delegation to Cuba

BKSN Attorney Jeff Kerrane joined an attorney delegation sponsored by the Colorado Bar Association to visit Cuba for the purpose of researching the country’s legal system. CBA President David Masters lead the group on this unique opportunity. The delegation undertook a comprehensive study of the Cuban legal system, from the teaching of law, to the criminal justice and judicial systems; civil and family code; business and commercial rights; and resolving domestic and international commercial conflicts.
