Joshua Station
At Benson & Associates our mission is to make sure that homeowners get the home that they paid for. At the same time we realize that there are many who live in our community who actually don’t have a place to live. As a result, our firm has decided to partner with and support Joshua Station, which provides transitional housing for homeless families in the Denver metro area.
Recently, our staff helped to restore two of the rooms at Joshua Station. Over the course of a day we were able to spruce up the living space for a family of four that is entering into a new season of life! (Click the images for larger views.)
Joshua Station is a faith-based program designed to help families move from unstable housing situations to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Families participate in a life-building program that helps individuals develop and reach their goals. Joshua Station offers safe, affordable housing and support that is provided by family advocates.

Habitat Project
The staff at Benson & Associates joined the Habitat for Humanity team on a recent project. Habitat for Humanity utilizes volunteer teams to build houses and townhomes for people in need. For more information about their efforts, visit the Habitat for Humanity website.
